1. Event Details
   1. Bengaluru Home Habba refers to the event being held from 3rd – 5th November 2023, at Sindhoor Convention Hall, JP Nagar, Bengaluru.
   2. The offers mentioned in the advertisements are applicable to specific projects. Not all offers will apply to all projects.
   3. The offers are valid only on home purchases completed from 3rd – 5th November 2023, at the event.
   4. Offers applicable during the Bengaluru Home Habba are non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with other offers as may be advertised from time to time, for additional benefit.
2. Booking Related
   1. Once you finalize an apartment, you are required to – (a) pay the booking advance of ₹ 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) (b) complete other booking formalities by furnishing all KYC-related documents, (c) issue a post-dated cheque for an amount equal to 10% (for RERA registered projects) or 15% (for RTMI projects) of the total sale consideration; and (d) execute the sale agreement within 21 days from booking, failing which the booking stands cancelled.
   2. Any offer related savings/benefits will be applicable only post the signing of the sale agreement.
   3. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or verbally communicated to the Purchaser, the transaction of sale and purchase to be entered into consequent will be governed solely and exclusively as per the terms and conditions recorded in the agreement for sale executed in this regard.
   4. Any disputes arising from, in connection with or relating to the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore only.
3. Refund Related
   1. In case of the applicant cancelling or seeking cancellation of the booking/allotment any time prior to execution of Agreement for Sale, the booking amount without any interest will be refunded within 15 days.
   2. Any cancellations post execution of Agreement to Sell will be as per the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the executed Agreement to Sell.
