What you will be doing
(Essential Duties)
- Scheduling, tracking & monitoring of project.
- Preparation of Milestone Schedule, Micro schedule & payment schedule.
- Preparation of monthly targets for the project as per the schedule.
- Preparation of Project MES Statement.
- Preparation of cash flow & resource planning of project according to budget.
- Tracking & monitoring the project based on timeline, cost & resources.
- Computing current delays and projecting the status of activity & project completion to management.
- Preparing & reviewing all project-related reports for presentation to management.
- Extensive knowledge of coordination with MEP team, architects,interiors, structural & purchase team.
- Skilled in cost analysis and comparison for all civil items.
- Knowledge of the functionality & official documentation needed for high-rise residential buildings.
- Training and maintaining a team of planning engineers.
Your areas of Knowledge and Expertise:
Basic:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in civil engineering field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate projects
- 6 + Years of experience in high-rise building projects.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in planning.
- A proven history of successful delivery of projects in the civil/real estate industry with best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Software knowledge: MS Office, SAP, Microsoft Project, ERP.
- Masterful knowledge of MS Office.
- Construction project management & other value-added courses
- Should have worked with a reputed construction company.
Job Summary:
Any Degree with Sales Experience from the Real Estate Industry only. Experience in Residential projects, (Apartments/Villas).
What you will be doing
(Essential Duties)
- Receive leads from the Presales Team daily.
- Handling Sales at the site office for a particular site or Project
- Arranging site visits to clients and closure of prospective deal
- Regular sales calls and follow-ups/update leads received and entered in CRM
- Reporting to the Sales Head on daily sales activities / improvement areas/ key client issues
- Negotiations with customers
- Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E-mail/ calls or Face-to-face discussion
- Independently conduct one one-on-one customer walkthroughs of Vacant units, answer queries regarding services and amenities of the projects
- Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projects
- Collections till agreement signing stage & collective support
- Providing assistance to clients about home loans and co-ordinating with the Home loan team in getting the Home loan approvals
- Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals

What you will be doing
(Essential Duties)
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls related to the Company’s projects
- Follow up with the clients for site visit & revisit.
- Support in assigning the leads to the sales team.

- Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.

What you will be doing

- Responsible for the implementation of required procedures to maintain the execution timeline, quality, and safety of the project.
- Day-to-day planning of site activities concerning master schedule, attending all progress review meetings at site /office and coordination with Consultant / Architect / Client.
- Ensure MIS reports are shared to reporting manager on a periodical basis: Daily Site Report, weekly/Fortnightly/monthly Progress Report, monthly material statement, safety analysis, accident report, hindrance report etc.
- Ensure material availability and wastage control system at the site
- Ensure verification of bills and all billing related activities
- Ensure the maintenance of relevant statutory record copies at the site and provide to the authority as and when needed.
- Augment and mobilise the required workforce for the timely completion of the project.
- Responsible for returning all the assets given for project execution and preventing misuse of assets.
- Overall responsibility for Safety & House Keeping of the project.
- Correspondence with the contractors, and clients and resolve all project-level issues.
- Any other responsibility as assigned as per the job requirement.
